SHIPPING & RETURNS
burke.boutique uses AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS POST satchels, an additional $13 will apply to all orders. Customers should expect to receive their order within 1-2 business days for Express Post. Alternatively, select PICK UP IN STORE and you can collect your item/s for FREE during business hours, 7 days a week.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day will be despatched that same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched the following business day. Please note if your order is received after 2pm AEST on a Friday, on the weekend or a public holiday it will be processed the next occurring business day.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your order due to providing an incorrect address. If you require a signature on arrival please call the store prior to placing your order.
Once your parcel has left burke.boutique they are then the property of Australia Post. burke.boutique is legally not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods including parcels left at the nominated address if you are not present at time of delivery. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time guide, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. All orders are subject to availability. We will do our best to supply you with your ordered item. However, on occasion items may not be available and in this instance, we will contact you and offer you an exchange, replacement size or a refund for the unavailable item.
Please note all online 'Shoe' orders will be sent without the box unless requested at time of sale.
To ensure that they are not damaged, more fragile pieces cannot be shipped as part of an online order. This is specified in the product description, and includes items such as hats or candles.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
burke.boutique is happy to exchange or provide a credit note on full priced items should they meet the following requirements:
– Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery.
– Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (including tags being removed) will not be accepted.
– For health reasons strictly no exchange on sunglasses, earrings, jewellery, swimwear and underwear.
- All purchases made with a discount code are considered SALE items and cannot be exchanged or returned, this includes WELCOME10.
Strictly no returns on sale items if you have simply changed your mind. We are unable to offer a refund for both full price and sale priced item/s unless the claim is in accordance with the Fair Trade Practices Act and the item/s are deemed as faulty.
Please notify us of your intention to return any full priced item within 24 hours of delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 02 9968 4012. All claims need an authorisation number from our dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. All items sent without an Authorisation Number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. Credit notes will be offered at the discretion of the burke. boutique staff.
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind, this includes wrong decision or incorrect size.
DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS
Before we dispatch your order, we thoroughly inspect each garment/s and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your order is not in a satisfactory condition on arrival please notify our team immediately via email email@example.com or by phone 02 9968 4012.
We are happy to offer a credit note if you change your mind once you have received your purchase (only applicable to full priced items). Credit Notes will be issued as soon as the order has been Express Posted back to the store address on the receipt. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please adhere to the exchange option policies. Credit notes are valid for three months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Credit notes should be treated like cash as once lost they cannot be retrieved.
