burke. boutique uses Australia Post to offer you the most reliable delivery possible. A flat rate of $12 is added to your total at checkout. Your order will be sent via Australia Post Express Post Satchel. Customers should expect their order between 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day will be despatched that same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched the following business day. Please note if your order is received after 2pm AEST on a Friday, on the weekend or a public holiday it will be processed the next occurring business day. Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your order due to providing an incorrect address. If you require a signature on arrival please call the store prior to placing your order.

 

Once your parcel has left burke. boutique they are then the property of Australia Post. burke. boutique is legally not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods including parcels left at the nominated address if you are not present at time of delivery. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time guide, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. All orders are subject to availability. We will do our best to supply you with your ordered item. However, on occasion items may not be available and in this instance, we will contact you and offer you an exchange, replacement size or a refund for the unavailable item.
